China Mobile has announced 'Sigma' edge computing platform in MWC2019@Barcelona. Now it has been deployed in several provinces in China. In this session, Xuan will introduce the architecture of 'Sigma" edge platform, how we improve the ETSI MEC architecture and the interaction between 5G UPF and 'Sigma' platform and the relationship between our vendor and customer.
Sigma is a hybrid cloud. It can serve as a public and private cloud. And 'Sigma' platform should provide several capabilities, like Radio Network Information API which has been defined in ETST MEC. In this session, Xuan will introduce and demonstrate more APIs which has been provided in ‘Sigma’ Platform. 'Sigma' provide edge computing data center location API and some AI capability which could show how many people are here under one MEC data center and other useful information.
More APIs are building in Sigma's ecosystem.
